In response to stressedmanager5835, you don't know what you are talking about. Friedmans was already in trouble when Mr Kovats was hired. His expertise is handling companies through financial trouble. Sam Cusano didn't steal any money, however he did leave while it was still possible for him to get his severance package. Mr Kovats realized that the people who were making the decisions were not going to honor severance packages for any of their employees. And since he is NOT unscrupulous, he didn't want to work for them any longer. He quit without getting ANY of the money that was owed to him. So you should get your facts straight before you talk. Since you obviously talk out of your rear, I have a hard time believing you overheard some racially motivated reason for moving the company in an elevator!
