Glass pearls (Swarovskis??? I hope, they are made for what you are doing) should have a large enough hole for the organza ribbon to go through. I would suggest a beading needle but then the folded ribbon is to thick at the eye to go through. My suggestion: Cut the ribbon at a sharp angle at one end so you have a pointy end, about as long as a needle. Then twist the end to make it small in diameter and more pointy. Dip this ribbon end in some clear nail polish. Let it dry and try that. Be careful as you go through each pearl not to fray the ribbon. Also, make sure you have a lot of ribbon. You may have to cut it again and make another needle end. It bends a lot when you are trying this but patience wins out. Hope this helps.
