Friedman's (2.00)
I purchased my wedding ring and my husbands wedding band at Friedmans jewelry and spent over 1500.00. I also had insurance on them both. Two years later the diamonds fell out of my ring and the store replaced the diamonds but charged for the prongs to hold the diamonds in place. One month later the whole top mounting holding the six diamonds on top of the ring fell off. I took it back to the store with my proof of insurance. The sales lady told me that she wasn't sure my insurance covered it so she needed to contact her branch manager. She called back a week later and said her manager quit and she has to wait for the new branch manager to start. The store has had my ring for a month and they still can't answer any of my questions or even know if the can fix my ring. I hate I ever went to Friedmans' to purchase something that special and I would not spend another penny in that store.
